Ga nyangka, kulit melinjo ternyata bisa diolah menjadi makanan yg nikmat.....&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;Tumis Kulit Melinjo (Resep dr mertua tercinta)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;Bahan :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;Kulit Melinjo (kurleb 300 gr kali ya...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;10 biji      Cabe Merah keriting&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;5 biji        Cabe Rawit merah&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;6 btr        Bawang merah&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;3 btr        Bawang putih&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;100 gr     Ikan teri asin&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;2 sdm      Santan kental&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;4-5 btg    Kacang panjang, potong2 kurleb 2 ruas jari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;1 papan   Tempe, potong2 sebesar korek api.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;100 ml     Air &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;Terasi (sy pake terasi ABC separo), garam, gula, daun salam, lengkuas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;Cara Buat :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;1. Goreng ikan teri sampai setengah matang. Sisihkan. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;2. Haluskan cabe merah, cabe rawit, terasi, bawang merah dan bawang putih. Tumis bumbu halus dg daun salam dan lengkuas hingga matang, masukan kacang panjang, tempe, dan kulit melinjo. Aduk2, masukan air. Diamkan sampai kacang panjang setengah matang. Boleh ditambahkan air bila kurang&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;3. Stl kacang panjang setengah matang, masukan santan, aduk2 sampai santan mendidih. Matikan api dan taruh di piring hidang.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc6600;"&gt;Note : Resep ini sudah dimodifikasi oleh saya. Kalo ala mertua saya, ga pake kacang panjang &amp;amp; tempe, jadi cuma kulit melinjo ma ikan teri aja. Silahkan menambahkan air sesuai selera, kebetulan saya ga terlalu suka kalo kuahnya kebanyakan. Gara2nya, pas ada kerjaan ke Bandung trus pas diperjalanan 'nemu' tukang sate maranggi. Dan dia terkenang-kenang dg kelezatan sate ini.....pokoknya dia bilang tob banget rasanya. Sebagai istri yg baik (dan sbg pembuktian diri...hehehe), saya coba2 bikin. Dah beberapa resep saya coba dan utak-atik di modifikasi.....inilah yg paling pas di lidah saya dan keluarga.....walaupun suami bilang masih belum persis sama dg yg pernah dia makan di Bandung, tp katanya ga kalah enaknya kok.......Alif ajah bisa abis 10 tusuk sendirian lwoooh.....&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Sate Maranggi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Bahan :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1 kg     Daging sapi (bungkus dg daun pepaya kurleb 1 jam, spy empuk)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Haluskan :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;100 gr  Gula merah&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1 sdm   Ketumbar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;5 siung     Bawang merah&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;5 siung    Bawang Putih&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;2 sdm     Mentega cair&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Cara buat :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1. Cuci daging yg telah dibungkus daun pepaya. Potong daging seukuran dadu. Marinade daging dg bumbu halus minimal, tusuk2 daging dg tusukan sate. Biarkan minimal 2 jam (kalo saya biasanya siapin sehari sebelumnya trus di marinade semalaman di kulkas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;2. Bakar sate dan sajikan dg tomat, cabe rawit dan bawang yg dipotong halus dan ditambah kecap. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Note : &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;* Bila daging dimasukan kulkas, diamkan dulu daging sampai suhu ruang baru kemudian dibakar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;* Kunci sukses dari sate ini, menurut saya terletak pada keempukan dagingnya. Lalu, pas foto session anak2 gw kasih hasil masakannya, hal ini berlaku juga buat my 8 mos baby, Tsar...krn kalo kakaknya megang sesuatu pasti dia minta hal yg sama walaupun cuma semangkok kecil buat dia toel2 trus icip2 ke mulut (mmmh...blm kepikir, gmn kalo gw mo posting resep balado)......atau cara yg cepat adl gw setelin film favorite mereka atau mo yg lebih aman lagi, pas hubby di rumah, kdg dg muka melas minta tlg spy anak2 diajak jalan muter2 dulu....&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;img src="http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a2/mamialif/homemade/P1040616.jpg" width="300" length="250" /&gt; Tambahkan telur, air dan margarin, uleni hingga kalis.&lt;br /&gt;Biarkan adonan selama 30 menit sampai mengembang. Kempiskan adonan, bentuk memanjang agar mudah dipotong-potong.&lt;br /&gt;Potong-potong adonan dan timbang masing-masing 40 gr. Bulatkan dan diamkan lagi selama 10 menit. Buang gas dengan cara mengempisakan adonan, lalu isi sesuai selera, dan buat dalam berbagai bentuk. Lakukan sampai adonan habis.&lt;br /&gt;Letakkan satu persatu adonan ke dalam loyang bundar bergaris tengah 20 cm yang telah diolesi margarin hingga loyang penuh. Biarkan sampai mengembang selama 60-90 menit. Tapi lagi gak punya cream cheese. Akhirnya bikin sponge cake. Agak ribet tapi kayaknya enak....mari kita buktikan.....&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#cc6600;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#33ccff;"&gt;Alysia's Basic Meat Lasagna - Allrecipes.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#33ccff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#33ccff;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;INGREDIENTS :&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ccff;"&gt;1 1/2 pounds ground beef&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon garlic powder&lt;br /&gt;1 (28 ounce) jar sausage flavored spaghetti sauce&lt;br /&gt;1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon dried oregano&lt;br /&gt;1 tablespoon olive oil&lt;br /&gt;4 cloves garlic, minced&lt;br /&gt;1 small onion, diced&lt;br /&gt;1 (8 ounce) package mozzarella cheese, shredded&lt;br /&gt;8 ounces provolone cheese, shredded &lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;~ gak nemu, jd pake kraft cheddar cheese&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese &lt;span style="color:#999999;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;~&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ccff;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff99ff;"&gt;sy ganti cream cheese biasa krn gak nemu ricotta cheese&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;2 eggs&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup milk&lt;br /&gt;1/2 teaspoon dried oregano&lt;br /&gt;9 lasagna noodles&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#33ccff;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;DIRECTIONS :&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#33ccff;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#33ccff;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. In a skillet over medium heat season ground beef with garlic powder and oregano. Brown the meat and drain. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#33ccff;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. In a large sauce pan add spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, and oregano; set aside. In a skillet heat olive oil. Saute garlic and onions for about 5 minutes. Mix sauteed onions and garlic with meat into the sauce and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ccff;"&gt;4. Combine mozzarella and provolone cheeses in a medium bowl. In a medium bowl mix ricotta cheese, eggs, milk, and oregano. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#33ccff;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5. Layer a 9x13 inch baking pan with just enough sauce to cover the bottom of the pan. Lay three lasagna noodles in the pan. Cover with sauce, then with ricotta mixture then sprinkle with mozzarella/provolone mixture; repeat layering. Finish with a layer of noodles and remaining sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#33cc00;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ccff;"&gt;6. Bake covered in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Campur hingga rata 1-1/2 cup crushed marie biscuit (regal), 4 tbsp salted butter, 2 tbsp sugar. Tuang ke loyang pie (8 or 9 inch round), padatkan dgn cara ditekan2. (boleh pake tangan, boleh juga pake belakang sendok). Sisihkan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:100%;color:#cc6600;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:100%;color:#cc6600;"&gt;2. Kocok (dgn mixer berkecepatan sedang) 250 gram cream cheese* dgn 1/2 cup sugar hingga lembut (~creamy), kemudian tambahkan 4 eggs yolk (masukkan satu persatu). Biarkan hingga tercampur rata. Kemudian masukkan lime juice (from 1 lime) dan 1 tsp vanilli. Terakhir masukkan 1 cup milk. Aduk hingga adonan tercampur rata. ~adonan akan berwujud cair.Tuangkan di atas lapisan campuran marie biscuit. Panggang dalam oven 180C selama 35-40 menit ~ hingga bagian atasnya sedikit kecoklatan. (ketika pake adonan cair ini gue pake water bath loyang isi air di taruh di rak bawahnya).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:100%;color:#cc6600;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:100%;color:#cc6600;"&gt;3. Kira 25 menit setelah loyang pie dimasukkan oven, kocok white eggs (dari 4 telur) plus 1 tsp sugar higga kaku. Tuang/ratakan di atas campuran cream cheese segera setelah loyang dikeluarkan dari oven. Stelah itu masukkan kembali ke dalam oven 160C selama 10-15 menit ~hingga bagian atas putih telur kecoklatan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:100%;color:#cc6600;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:100%;color:#cc6600;"&gt;4. Biarkan dingin, sebelum disantap. Soalnya saya selalu membiasakan &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://mamialif.blogspot.com"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#ff0000;"&gt;Alif&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#cc6600;"&gt; makan siang tepat jam 11.30....yaah..paling telat jam 12.00...Gak berani lebih dr itu, takutnya dia masuk angin, jadi kalo jam segitu masih di jalan ~&lt;em&gt;ngerti dong betapa macetnya kota tercinta ini~&lt;/em&gt; saya bisa sambil suapin makan siang buat dia. Trus ada satu resep ice cream yg diposting ma Mba Itha-seal yg stl dibaca step by step-nya kayaknya gak sulit, cuma perlu sabar aja krn pake dimixer berkali-kali. Kebetulan bahan2nya ada semua di rumah, akhirnya stl Alif tidur sy bikin. Gak nyangka, hasilnya bisa lembut, creamy dan yg pasti enuaaak...Sekali lagi, tester saya adl suami &amp;amp; anak saya....kalo mereka doyan, sy yakin pasti rasanya enak....Selamat mencoba!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a2/mamialif/homemade/P1010029-New-1.jpg" width="400" heigth="375" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#6633ff;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:0;"&gt;Ice Cream Coklat dan strawberry&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#9999ff;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#6633ff;"&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#6633ff;"&gt;Ice cream :&lt;br /&gt;500 ml susu cair&lt;br /&gt;500 ml krim kental/ whip krim&lt;br /&gt;6 kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;200 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt garam&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#6633ff;"&gt;Isi :&lt;br /&gt;200 gr strawberry potong2 + gula/ madu secukupnya (sesuai selera), blender sampai halus&lt;br /&gt;200 gr dark cooking coklat potong2 kecil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#6633ff;"&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;- Campurkan kuning telur dan 250 ml susu, kocok dengan whisk. sisihkan&lt;br /&gt;- Panaskan krim, sisa susu dan gula sampai mencapai titik didih awal. Matikan api&lt;br /&gt;- Masukkan campuran telur ke dalam adonan, tambahkan garam. Aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;- Panaskan kembali adonan sambil di aduk terus hingga cukup kental dan adonan melapisi bagian belakang sendok kayu&lt;br /&gt;(celupkan sendok kayu dan angkat. Bila adonan melapisi bagian belakang sendok kayu, matikan api)&lt;br /&gt;- Aduk terus sampai uap hilang&lt;br /&gt;- Bagi adonan menjadi 2, 1 bagian utk rasa strawberry, 1 bagian lagi utk coklat&lt;br /&gt;- Masukan potongan DCC ke bagian adonan es krim coklat (yg masih panas). Secara dah lama pengen belajar bikin cake yg didecor dg cantik. Bareng ma Anne, Devi &amp; temennya Devi, Dine. Hasilnya 'cukup' memuaskan. Dibilang cukup, krn ngajarnya terkesan terburu-buru walaupun memang banyak yg bentuk2 decor bunga serta tips &amp;amp; trik yg diajarkan. Gak nyangka, hasilnya lebih dari sekedar iseng belaka..... benar2 memanjakan lidah.....Tanya aja Alif, yg kali ini sanggup menghabiskan 1 slice sendiri.....berarti benar2 enak khan.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#cc6600;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a2/mamialif/homemade/P1000672-new.jpg" align="center" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Chocolate Truffle Cake&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Sponge Cake&lt;/em&gt; :&lt;br /&gt;1/3 cup butter&lt;br /&gt;1/3 cup superfine sugar&lt;br /&gt;2 eggs, lightly beaten&lt;br /&gt;2/3 cup self-rising flour&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp baking powder&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup ground almonds-&lt;em&gt;sy skip krn gak punya&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Truffle Topping&lt;/em&gt; :&lt;br /&gt;12 ounces dark chocolate&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup butter&lt;br /&gt;1 1/4 cups heavy cream&lt;br /&gt;1 1/4 cups plain cake crumbs-&lt;em&gt;sy pake sisa sponge cake-nya&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 tbsp dark rum-&lt;em&gt;sy skip spy Alif bisa ikutan makan&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;To Decorate&lt;/em&gt; :&lt;br /&gt;ground cherries-&lt;em&gt;sy pake strawberry&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;dark chocolate, melted-&lt;em&gt;sy skip krn males, hehehe &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#cc6600;"&gt;1. To make the sponge cake, lightly grease an 8 inch round springform pan and flour the base. Beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add the eggs, beating well after each addition.Sift the flour, baking powder, and unsweetened cocoa together and fold into the mixture, along with the ground almonds. Pour into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven at 350 F for 20-25 minutes, or until springy to the touch. Cool the cake slightly in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Wash and dry the pan and return the cooled cake to it.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#cc6600;"&gt;2. To make the topping, heat the chocolate, butter and heavy cream in a heavy-based pan over a low heat and stir until smooth. Cool, then chill for 30 minutes.Beat well with a wooden spoon and chill for a further 30 minutes. Beat the mixture again, then add the cake crumbs and rum, beating until well combined. Meanwhile, dip the ground cherries in the melted chocolate until partially covered. Set on baking parchment. Setelah jadi, ternyata gak cuma Papap yg doyan, Alif juga ternyata suka....(terutama disaat dia boleh mencelupkan Biscotti itu ke teh-nya......hehehe)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a2/mamialif/homemade/P1000627-New.jpg" width="200" heigth="150" /&gt; &lt;img height="150" src="http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a2/mamialif/homemade/P1000618-New.jpg" width="200" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spice BISCOTTI&lt;br /&gt;(v-recipes.blogspot.com)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Inggredients:&lt;br /&gt;1 cup granulated sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp baking soda&lt;br /&gt;1/4 tsp salt&lt;br /&gt;3 eggs&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp vanilla&lt;br /&gt;2-3/4 cup all-purpose flour (sy pake 2 cup terigu &amp; 1 cup coklat bubuk)&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (sy gak pake)&lt;br /&gt;1/4 tsp ground cloves (sy gak pake)&lt;br /&gt;1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (sy gak pake)&lt;br /&gt;1 cup finely-chopped slivered peanuts (sy pake 1/2 cup kenari)&lt;br /&gt;1 beaten egg&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#cc6600;"&gt;1 tsp water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together sugar, baking soda and salt. Stir in eggs and vanilla.Stir in flour, spices (cinnamon, cloves &amp;amp; nutmeg) and peanuts. Mix until combined.&lt;br /&gt;2. On a well-floured surface, shape each half into a log about 9 inches long. Place logs about 4 inches apart on a lighly greased cookie sheet. Pat each logs into a flattened loaf about 10 inches long and 2-4 inches wide. Stir together the beated egg and water; brush over loaves.&lt;br /&gt;3. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 C for 30 minutes. Cool on a rack.&lt;br /&gt;4. Cut each loaf into 1/2 inch thick slices. Pokoknya kalo makan snack ini, gak akan cukup satu.....terakhir kemarin goreng 6, langsung tandas......mami 1, Alif 1, Papap 4.......hehehe.... &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;color:#cc6600;"&gt;American Risoles&lt;br /&gt;Original Recipe by Fatmah Bahalwan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kulit :&lt;br /&gt;100gr tepung terigu------(&lt;em&gt;sy pake 250 gr&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;3 btr telur&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm mentega leleh----(&lt;em&gt;sy pake 3 sdm&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;1/2sdt garam--------------(&lt;em&gt;sy pake 1 sdt&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;300ml susu-----------------(&lt;em&gt;sy pake 750 ml&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat :&lt;br /&gt;· Ayak terigu, taruh dalam mangkuk bersama garam. Buat lubang ditengah, pecahkan telur di dalamnya, aduk satu arah.&lt;br /&gt;· Tambahkan susu sedikit demi sedikit, hingga adonan menjadi licin dan halus.&lt;br /&gt;· Tambahkan susu hingga habis, masukkan mentega leleh.&lt;br /&gt;· Tutup adonan dengan plastik, diamkan 30 menit.&lt;br /&gt;· Olesi wajan dadar diameter 12 cm dengan margarine, panaskan.&lt;br /&gt;· Tuangi 1 sendok adonan, ratakan sambil diputar, 2-3 menit, angkat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Isi :&lt;br /&gt;4 lbr Smoked beef, potong kecil 2 x 2 cm&lt;br /&gt;100 gr keju cheddar parut / mozarella / SCC/Mayonaise&lt;br /&gt;4 btr telur rebus, potong kecil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Utk lapisan :&lt;br /&gt;1 butir telur, kocok lepas-----(&lt;em&gt;sy pake putih telurnya ajah&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;250 gr tepung panir.&lt;br /&gt;½ Kg minyak goreng&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat :&lt;br /&gt;Bentangkan crepes, isi dengan potongan smoked beef, potongan telur&lt;br /&gt;Rebus, sedikit keju parut, lipat spt amplop. Campur semua bumbu kecuali mentega dalam sebuah wadah. Masukkan iga, campur dengan bumbu. Tutup wadah. Biarkan semalam dalam kulkas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;2. Siapkan baki panggang yang sudah dialasi aluminium foil dan oleskan sedikit mentega. Letakkan iga yang sudah diresapi bumbu dalam baki. Panggang dengan api sedang selama kurang lebih setengah jam/sampai matang. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:100%;color:#cc6600;"&gt;3. Sajikan dengan pelengkap.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara II :&lt;br /&gt;Campur iga dg semua bumbu, rebus sampai iga empuk. Taruh hasil rebusan tadi dlm wadah tertutup (bila perlu, tambah bumbu utk marinate agar lebih meresap). Biarkan semalaman dlm kulkas.&lt;br /&gt;Siapkan baki panggang yang sudah dialasi aluminium foil dan oleskan sedikit mentega. Letakkan iga yang sudah diresapi bumbu dalam baki. Panggang dengan api sedang selama kurang lebih 20 menit. Two thumbs up....kenapa cuma dua, krn peminat hanya sy &amp;amp; adik sy aja, yg lain pada gak doyan manis.....tapi beneran dech....rasanya enak bangetz....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a2/mamialif/homemade/P1000254-New.jpg" align="center" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PUDDING KARAMEL&lt;br /&gt;Recipe: Fatmah Bahalwan&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;5 btr telur&lt;br /&gt;125gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm maizena (optional)&lt;br /&gt;500ml susu segar&lt;br /&gt;¼ sdt vanilli&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;color:#cc6600;"&gt;Karamel:&lt;br /&gt;175 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt air jeruk nipis&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm air, ½ sdt butter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;color:#cc6600;"&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;1. Caramel : jerangkan gula diatas api hingga cair dan kecoklatan, tambahkan ½ sdt butter, tambahkan air dan air jeruk nipis, angkat dari api. Tuang kedalam cetakan. Dinginkan.&lt;br /&gt;2.
